When to expect your order

All delivery estimates are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Actual delivery times can vary based on your location, local carrier capacity, and any unforeseen delays such as extreme weather.

During peak seasons, festivals, and sale events, processing and delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed by email.
International Shipping
Domestic-only at this time

We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are actively working to expand our reach and will announce international delivery options when they become available.

Tracking Your Order
Know exactly where your parcel is

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.

You can use this number to check real-time status updates directly on the courier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at admin@wopper.in.

Pro tip: add admin@wopper.in to your contacts so tracking emails don't end up in your spam folder.
Returns & Exchanges
Not happy? We make it easy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item of equal value.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please refer to our full Return Policy page for step-by-step instructions on initiating a return.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We've got you covered

We take the safety of your order seriously. Every shipment is handled with care, but occasionally issues can arise in transit.

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at admin@wopper.in with your order number and, if possible, photographs of the damaged packaging. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.

Please report lost or damaged shipments within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can file a timely claim with the carrier.
